[cisco-voip] Installing 6.1 on an HP DL320-G5

I've apprpropriated a couple of Hp DL320's with the SATA RAID controller.
 
Upon boot the 6.1 DVD refuses to find the CDROM and the array.
 
Is there something I'm missing as I've not found anything on CCO that says
this shouldn't work?
