[cisco-voip] Low Audio after Call Pickup

Hi,

i have an strange problem. When an IP-Phone User Picks up (Call Pickup) an incoming call, the audio at the IP-Phone is very low. At the PSTN Side the audio is OK. We use an CCME Vers. 4.1 and 7961G Phones SCCP Vers. 8.2.2SR1.

Any suggestions?!?
