[cisco-voip] CCM and CUE integration

Thanks Brian, The JTAPI user is the same in the CCM and the CUE but I can't remember the JTAPI password, Is there a way to change the JTAPI password in both sides?

Do you think that this is the problem?

Check the JTAPI user.  Also, did you change the administrator password recently?
