Make sure you test to ensure that the appliance is the only thing
allowed to make outbound calls.  We had an older system that accepted
SIP calls from *anywhere* when the SIP trunk was created.  A quick 
patch fixed the issue, but it certainly wasn't the behavior we (or
Cisco) expected at the time.
