I usually configure an alias to go to the cue from the CLI, from there you can create a new user and assign them to the admin group.

Does anyone know how to reset the password on an AIM-CUE? When I try to gain access through a session it prompts me for a Username/Password and I'm not sure what it is. I tried to run service-engine service-module 0/0 password-reset but it says that failed.
