[cisco-voip] Cisco Downloads no longer has 4.1.3sr3a ? Where did sr3a go?

Is there a reason that sr3a was removed from CCO? Field notice or
deferred? What if you need to rebuild single subscriber to 4.1.3sr3a for
existing cluster (would you have to upgrade whole cluster to sr3c?)
