[cisco-voip] Strange Phone Issues

I've got a customer on CM 3.3 and certain phones are exhibiting the following problem they are a mix of different phone types (7940/60)
"randomly while on a phone call you hear a couple of beeps and then it goes to a dial tone and you can't call out or call in for about 5 minutes"
Has anyone seen anything like this before?
