[cisco-voip] RTMT not getting data from new servers

We just added two new CallManager servers to our cluster.  They both
show up in RTMT, but without any data.  CPU shows 0%, and memory shows
100% for the servers in RTMT.  If I try to look at the individual
servers from the server page, no data is shown.  Any ideas what might be
wrong?  Thanks for your help.
