[cisco-voip] AD LDAP to CUCM6.1.2 matching attribute

DirSync will check AD for each of those subscribers and notice they do not
exist and mark each for deletion. After the next garbage collection period,
they will be deleted.

I would rename them to match their AD accounts prior to the integration with
AD.
