Thanks for the info. Any hint on where the settings are located? so far the only options that I have seen are under features > enable encryption and features > set priority, nothing that points to enabling caller to leaving voicemail as private.

You can mark messages as private.  I believe you need to allow the caller to
end the recording then set the option after the message was recorded.  There
are some checkboxes that control this on a per user or per group basis.

Hi,

Is there an options on unity where you can mark a voice mail as private when
you leave a message (just like when you mark priority)??  Seems you can only
do that when you dial unity and choose send message.
