[cisco-voip] CRS V 5 cisco supervisor descktop feature not found

Dear all ,
 
i install CRS V 5 and configure supervisor and agents  and  each agent login and make the status ready 
 i login as a supervisor and i able to monitor all agent and i can monitor the call and hear it 
my problem i record the call with start and stop recording but when  i open supervisor record viewer i don't find any recorded file.
the second problem that barge-in intercept are disabled to access.
please help me to solve this problem
