Hi Wil..

I'm still not sure why the CCM is not sending any facility info..
What release is your NEC running?
Is it set to ISO Q.SIG?

Decode your facility message with this tool...
http://www.employees.org/~tiryaki/tc/

It should tell you more about what settings your NEC is trying to negotiate
with CCM.
