So you want all inbound calls going to a single DN?

For MGCP, create a gateway_css and assign it to the gateway.  In a 
partition in that CSS, create a blank translation pattern which directs 
the call to the target DN

For H.323, either do the above or take care of all translations on the 
voice gateway and just forward the proper target DN to callmanager.
