[cisco-voip] Change Connected Caller-ID on Translation

We have an issue where we want to setup a forward on an internal
extension to an 800# and we want to mask the Caller ID so internal
people are not aware the call is being forwarded off-site. We are
currently doing this by using a Translation Pattern translating the
internal 5 Digit Extension to the 800#. Currently, I have the Connected
Party Tranformations set to Restricted for both Connected Line ID
Presentation and Connected Name Presentation. This just shows the
connected call as being Private. Is there a way to set the Connected
Caller ID to say something different? I have tried using a CTI Route
Point and configure the internal Extension to forward the number out and
sitting the Alerting Name and Display to what we want it to say, but as
soon as the call connects, it gives the forwarded number. Any
suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Call Manager 4.2(3).

Thanks.

David
