[cisco-voip] announciator service on CUCM !!!

I dont think you can create a custom announcement for the annunciators. I
believe you can only really use the ones that are there and customise the
prompt message with your own. But the trigger etc is the same.

If it is key that there is an announcement. Then you could run a TCL script
and play a prompt on your voice gateway possibly.
Use a blanket 2XXX translation pattern to catch the unallocated numbers and
transfer them to the TCL script.

If the announcement doesnt matter too much, then just send the translation
pattern 2XXX to the switchboard / operators.
Instruct the switchboard to tell the caller the dialled number is wrong. :)
they will love it!
