[cisco-voip] Error No when trying to create a template inBATforCCM 4.1(3)

Yes. Upgrade to SR7. Bug with adding these and BAT-ing these. Be sure to
reinstall BAT plugin on the Publisher after installing the SR.

So, it seems you can't BAT in any 41, 61, or 70/71s...
