[cisco-voip] H323 Tone on Hold

Did you put the ccm-manager music-on-hold command in the config?  That
is still required.

I have some H323 locations and have discovered that
callers are getting "tone on hold" when placed on hold at the site  Not
happening on MGCP sites and on internal calls. Anyone have any idea how
can I get rid of this at H323 sites?

 

CUCM 6.1.1b IOS 12.4.12a
