[cisco-voip] * with Park and slow "Call Parked at XX"

For years I've done Subscriber *7[1-5] and Publisher *7[6-9] on
Publisher (as backup in case subscriber dies). Always worked before.
I'll test.

Try *7X which allows 0-9 call parks.

Callmanager 6.1.2-1000-13 I can't dial *71 from 7931 8.3.4SR1S SCCP with
range set to found *7[1-5].  If I change park to 7[1-5] no issues.

 

Also the Call Park Display is very slow to display on the 7931 handset.
Takes 4-5 seconds to show "Call Parked at 71".  I recall this is known
defect but need the bug id.
