[cisco-voip] Best practice with 3rd party apps

OK. so I have like 4 other IPT apps beside UCCx, CM, Unity, etc and I would
like to know the best practice.  I was integrated with AD in 4.x and am
moving to 6.1 this weekend.

Since I was prevoiusly integrated with AD all my application users are now
in with the  end users but do have the right permissions.

1.  Can I leave it that way?  and it work?
2.  Is it best practice to delete and recreate in the application users?
