We are working with a Cisco certified developer (Cistera) and we are trying to troubleshoot our ability to send pages to all our devices. We will be increasing the following CTI Manager service parameter under their advisement:

Clusterwide Parameters (General): Maximum Devices Per Node*

from 800 to 2000

but we're wondering what the following two other server specific parameters are for:

Maximum CTI Connections =800
Maximum Simultaneous CTI Connections=8

We are using superprovider/JTAPI users for the process.

Any hints would be great.
