[cisco-voip] fxo outgoing calls per group?

You should be able to do it with COR. I had a client that had a PRI
and then a Telular SX5. Everyone was allowed to use the PRI, only
certain users could use the Telular device. I created a COR class that
restricted use to the Telular that was applied to the DNs.
