[cisco-voip] SRST config

First thing to do would be to verify that the version of OS on the
router supports whatever phone model(s) you have. If you have a newer
phone and an older code, that is probably your problem. I believe
somewhere in the 12.4.15T6 range - haven't checked lately if there is
anything newer - supports the newer phones.
