[cisco-voip] Unity message monitor/phone viewer with Shared Lines/MLA

I am working to enable shared lines on 1100 phones, and in testing the
only thing that does not work is message monitor when a caller dials a
shared line.  I can see in Unity that the phone list is retrieved, and
the phone is "verified" but there are two entries for the shared line
extension, in this case 62450 on a manager and secretary phone.  
 
 
Also I had some significant issues getting phone view to work at all
when we had Multilevel Administration configured on callmanager.  The
Unity features work if I disable it, but that kind of stinks because we
use the MLA stuff a little.  
 
I would be interested to know if anyone has run into these issues, or
has a work around for them.
