[cisco-voip] Unity message monitor/phone viewer with Shared Lines/MLA

Message monitor can only be enabled for one phone at a time, even with
shared lines. Are you calling in from the phone you want to use the feature
on and dialing the option to enable it from the setup menu? Also, you're
going to need to be running a very recent phone load.
