[cisco-voip] Calls not appearing in CAR User Reports

Try finding a call by DN and see what user it got associated to. Are
there other users that have that phone associated (AC, jtapi, etc)?
If the user doesn't use EM then popluate the "owner userid" field in
CCMAdmin for the phone. This will cause CDRs for that device to have
the user written into the CDR and CAR won't have to rely on device
association. It will only work for new calls though.

We are using CUCM 4.1(3)sr6a. I (as a CAR administive user) and the
user's manager are able to pull a department report showing one of
the users, but there are no calls shown for the user. A CDR query of
the user's phone/DN, however, shows many calls were made during the
reporting period. Here is what I have checked/verified so far:
1. The user is associated with the proper phone
2. The user does have the manager's username in the Manager field
3. CDR Enabled Flag is set to True for all servers
We have deassociated/reassociated the user to the device to no avail,
as well as removing the user account and re-adding it.
What else can I check?
