[cisco-voip] sample value for international deployments inter-digit timeout T.302

Any have recommended value for the T302 inter-digit timeout in
Callmanager? I reduced from default 180000ms to 90000ms but they say
it's still to long. Thinking about 60000ms....I already have a Route
Pattern with # at end but they don't seem to want to remember to use it!

 

I assume a restart of services is not required when changing T302...
