Yeah 18 seconds is slightly extreme :)

6 is a good one...
4 was the lowest I went (had to go this low because there was normal
national route patterns that used the !)

Last time I changed this on CCM 4.1 I'm pretty sure you needed a callmanager
service restart. Not sure on 5 and 6..

May depend on how old the users are :)
