[cisco-voip] CCM 4.x Upgrade path consideration - 5x/6x or 7x

I would wait 60 days after release and see what bugs come out. 

 

New installs are great for 7.0, but upgrades may want to wait for 7.1.
Same with 6.0 versus 6.1. Usually a new install has time for testing,
while a upgrade can put your pants in the fire.

 

I guess you could call this the Gartner "wait for service pack 1" advice
