[cisco-voip] CCM 4.x Upgrade path consideration - 5x/6x or 7x

I'd agree with Jason...

But also add..

If it works.. why would you bother to upgrade and make work for yourself
currently.. probably only 2 reasons.
1. New feature, that your users demand, or that you need - but evaluate
whether it is worth the total cost of an upgrade
2. Bugs... you have something nasty that you need to fix.

People may agree / disagree here..
But personally I think the best motivation from 4.x to 5.x / 6.x / 7.x is to
get away from Windows.
I have no problem with Windows itself.
But I think the appliance model is a lot better. There could be some
improvements, but it is totally a step in the right direction.
