 HI

Does anyone out there use CUCC Remote Monitoring ?

We have it working with IP phones ( had to modify the registry on the NICs ) but not with IPC.

It would appear logical that IP Communicator packets are not tagged with a COS 5, thus not voice.
>From my understanding, the Supervisor console will look for packets tagged voice only.

If IPC _/did/_ mark the packets then perhaps the NIC is remove the COS value. Any ideas here?

I know this will be a challenge running voice and data on one VLAN from the PC.

Although we haven't tried running the PC directly into the LAN jack, bypassing the hard phone.

Thanks,

-Erik
