[cisco-voip] NANP cell numbers

www.localcallingguide.com lists the companies who control an exchange. you can usually tell by the company name whether it is landline or wireless.
then again, with number portability, that goes out the window. but as far as I know, you can't move a landline to a cell phone.

Is there a way to tell a cell number from a landline in the NANP?
My standard practice everywhere else is to use some CFWDALL css's to block call forwarding to everything except internal numbers, and sometimes mobile numbers...
