[cisco-voip] CM 6.1 vs 4.1

i have a main number that rings a HP -> HL -> LG.

previously with CM 4.1 she could (she says so) forward to an extension and
it would work.  Now is still rings her phone.  is this a bug or a feature?
and if Feature how do I work this for her?
