Nope if you use AXL.. you would write a script / program to do all the hard
work.

It just loops through taking your parameters from a CSV file.. creating a
SOAP request.. and sending it to the CallManager server.

"updatePhone" is one of the supported AXL SOAP methods for making changes to
the CallManager database via the AXL API.
