Hi, Running CUCM 6.1.1.2000-3 with Extension Mobility and are trying to integrate with Nice recording. We also integrate with Active Directory, so had the Nice user setup as an end user and associated all the phones that we want to record. Problem is that on three phones are being recorded. Anyone seen/done this before? thnx charl
