Session into the CUE module and bring it offline with the 'offline' command. Then do the command 'restore factory default'. You may need to be in enable mode to use this command, I forget...

Subject: [cisco-voip] how to factory default an NME-CUE

Does anyone know how to factory default an "NME-CUE" unity express
module? I "biffed" it up and want to start over at the IOS config
wizard level.

Thanks,

Joe C.
