[cisco-voip] About DMA // Upgrade from 4.1 to 6.1

I normally run the DMA tool during production without any issues. DMA runs
on the publisher, which should not really be doing a whole lot of anything
in a properly deployed cluster anyway. Except for the oldest servers I
haven't had a CPU overload issue. In regards to running the DMA restore in
VMWare for testing I have done this on a couple of occassions without any
problems.
