well , you can acheive this by making a translation pattern that strips 9 then match a dial-peer of incoming called of .T.

well, secondary-dialtone 9 will get you your tone...

But when a dial-peer is matched, the sent digits should display on the
phone... at least this is what I have seen on CCM when it sends a call
to an H.323 gateway (however, CCM is probably removing the 9...)
