[cisco-voip] announced transfer ring

UC6 - is it possible to make an announced transfer ring after the
sender hits transfer a 2nd time? EXAMPLE of what end users would like:
User A calls in via PRI, user B answers (user B is a receptionist).
User A asks for user C. User B hits TRNSFR and dials user C's
extension. User C answers, user B announces the call and user C says
they will accept the call. User B hits TRNSFR a 2nd time. User C would
like to then have the call RING in (and also see caller ID) and then
have the option to either answer, hit IDIVERT, or simply let it ring
to vmail.

Currently user C is connected and live with user A.

To me it's a waste but they said that is how their old phone system
works and what they would like on the new cisco phones.

Thanks in advance,

Joe C.
