[cisco-voip] How do I stop receiving email voice messages?

You can try creating a dummy email in Exchange, copy the sub name and greetings.  Delete his current Unity MB, create a new MB with his information using the dummy alias, copy sub name and greetings back.

Delete the line on the phone and he will stop getting phone calls or you can set his Voicemail Profile to None.

Perhaps what he doesn't understand is that when they bought Unity Unified Messaging for Exchange that is the desired behavior.

There are 3rd party products that can do both Exchange and standalone mailboxes.

Cisco Unity 5.0 is  integrated with Microsoft Exchange,. One of the customers doesn;t want to receive email voice message. How do I stop it?
