[cisco-voip] Presense has old info?

The sync agent is running - only thing that wasn't that may be relevant:
The port for the SIP Publish Trunk on Cisco Unified Communications
Manager does not match any configured ports for the Cisco Presence
Engine Listeners on the Cisco Unified Presence server

Did you run the CUPS Troubleshooter? It's quite possible the sync agent
isn't running on it and it needs a restart.

AD syncs automatically every 6 hours and I have tried to sync it
manually - doesn't help.

CCM 6.1.1

When someone replaces someone else and takes over there phone we make
the changes needed in CCM. These people do not have CUPC. The few of
us that do have CUPC continue to notice that CUPS still shows the
original person that had the phone, not the updated person. Where is it
pulling this info from and how do I update it? To be clear - through
CUPC it shows the original person but on our phone it shows the newest
person...
