[cisco-voip] Attendant Console line status unknown

Hi,

we have installed multiple Attendant Consoles in our network. Most work
fine, but on one computer the attendant console shows all lines from
directory in Unknown status. The configuration of the computer is the same
as on every other computer, same domain and no firewall. When i sniff the
incoming traffic, there are no UDP packets, which should be sent by Call
Manager to update line status.

Any idea what else could be done to solve this issue?
