[cisco-voip] JTAPI - Device Associations

I had some problems with associations missing from the "Device
Associations" on the CTI enabled user (used for CC with Genesis).

The problem is it works fine until a moment when the list with "Device
Associations" was truncated, the first part (10 - 15 devices)
disappears; unfortunately the first part contains CTI Route Points, so,
no calls delivered to agents.
I solved that by manually adding the CTI Route Points, and few phones,
to the list.

Did anyone experienced something similar? How can this be solved/avoided
in the future?
