With 3.3.4sr2 there could be hundreds of defects that could be causing
it. If you can't leave 3.3 for two months, you may want to get to 3.3.5
with the latest service release. Other than that trace analysis would be
needed to find the problem.

Hi Guys, I have a CCM 3.3(4)sr2 (just for 2-3 months, then CCM 4.1(3))
with almost 20 CTI configured. In some times, I lose the dial tone and
when I check the CPU usage, it is 100%.
If I restart CTIManager services, the CPU usage seems normal (20-40%)
and I don't have any problem.
Does any one can give me a tip or there is some vulnerability related to
this CCM varsion or CTI.
