Try

voice-port 0/1/0
 signal did immediate-start
 input gain 4

dial-peer voice 150 pots
 incoming called-number 5552340
 port 0/1/0
!

debug voip ccapi inout
term mon

watch for dial-peer matching and watch for failures

If you're trying to translate to 1010, you'll need a translation pattern to do so or a configure a secondary on the ephone-dn that matches 5552340.

Ok, so this is what I have so far, but I still get a busy signal.

voice-port 0/1/0
 signal did wink-start
 input gain 4

dial-peer voice 150 pots
 incoming called-number 5552340
 port 0/1/0
!
!
num-exp 2340 1010

You were saying something about an ephone-dn?

Dan.
