[cisco-voip] VoiceMail recording problem on Unity Connection/CCM

Greetings, I am facing a VoiceMail recording problem with Unity Connection version:  Unity version = 1.2(1.0)     Patches installed:        (none) I am unable to leave a voicemail message from our wireless phone (SIP) and also with the pjsip (open source pjsip.org) soft phone. The logs on the Unity server indicate that this is a recording problem.  (AvDiagnostics_MC,1394,CDE,13) [ 5072] [ CCM-1-1] [1E712CB01D02455A8D80FC4715256774] [Port 0]: IAvMiuCall::Record returned [0x00045B02]; lRecordTimeMs = 0 ms. In file .\AvSRecord.cpp on line 451.   Attached are the log files (zipped) collected using Unity Diagnostics. Any help to troubleshoot/direction is appreciated Thanks,Shashi
