I recently ordered this 7825 equivalent special part: PN 470064-770 and have successfully installed UC6.1.2 to it

>From experience, uc6 is very particular - if you don't have exactly
the correct hardware the install will fail. We had a client running
CM4.2 on a pair of HP boxes (it hadn't been "tricked" onto the boxes)
and we were upgrading them to 6.1. The migration utility worked fine
with no "red flags" but once we began the actual 6.1 install it failed
with a "incompatible hardware" error. Turned out our processor wasn't
in the approved list. Customer had to purchase new hardware.
