[cisco-voip] calls on hold are dropped within 30 seconds

Hi,
I have recently moved few PRIs to new 2851 routers from pbx. Since then,
some users noticed a problem with placing calls on hold.
after receiving a call from the outside, end user would place the call on
hold and, after approx. 25-40 seconds on hold, that call was dropped.
Now, the fun part. This does not happen to everyone. some users are being
able to place calls on hold for more than a minute and resume them
without any problems. 2851 is running 12.4(15)XZ ios and mgcp, call managers
are 4.1.(3)sr7. MOH is not involved since we have play only hold tone
every 10 sec. any advice on how to troubleshoot it?

thanks,
peter
