Is it an old hardware (with just 1 GB of memory)?
If this is the case, check the memory usage, and upgrade the RAM to 2
GB.

Subject: [cisco-voip] High CPU use - CTIManagerr Service

Hi Guys, I have a CCM 3.3(4)sr2 (just for 2-3 months, then CCM 4.1(3))
with almost 20 CTI configured. In some times, I lose the dial tone and
when I check the CPU usage, it is 100%.
If I restart CTIManager services, the CPU usage seems normal (20-40%)
and I don't have any problem.
Does any one can give me a tip or there is some vulnerability related to
this CCM varsion or CTI.
Thanks a lot
David
