[cisco-voip] Unity 5.x Spanish voice prompts

You need to download the multi-language version of Unity (the base
version of Unity 5 only included US English)... and reinstall Unity so
the prompts are available...

You also need the licenses as ryan said... AFAIK, there is no separate
localization file, you need to reinstall Unity.
