For the actual install, yes two hours is about right.  That takes into
account though that your pre-work has been accomplished ahead of time
(i.e., requirements collected, addressing and naming, switch ports, rack
and stack, power etc).  Changing CDs is the smallest part of the whole
gambit.

I will admit I'm installing on VMware for a Lab, but really, how log
should it take to install a lab version of CM 6.1.2?  I'm going on 2
hours.  The whole idea of the appliance is the quick install, right.
